Biography
Before finding my way to clay, I worked in financial accounting within the automotive industry—a career grounded in structure, precision, and systems. But it was in clay that I found a deeper rhythm, one that echoed the natural world and offered something more elemental. I’ve returned to clay again, drawn most deeply to the wheel and the quiet, grounding work it requires. Clay has become more than a medium; it’s a way of being present. In the studio, as at the foot of the Smokies, I find clarity, stillness, and a sense of belonging to a wonderful community that shares its ideas and artistic experiences.
